In your role you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming customers into the showroom.
- Liaising with customers to ensure an exceptional showroom experience.
- Working with customers to provide knowledge and information about their individual Tiling requirements.
- Dealing with sales inquiries of customers, face-to-face and over the phone.

To be successful in your role you need to:

- Be a self-starter
- Have exceptional presentation and grooming
- Have a passion and drive for sales
- Have the ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Have the ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
- Be Customer service focus
- Be Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
