The successful applicant will be required to do either of the following roles at various points through each week:

- operate specialised wet/dry vacuum equipment to clean all types gutters for residential and commercial clients.
- cleans windows/frames/cladding using purified water and extendable water-fed poles.

No prior experience is necessary. Full training will be provided.

To carry out this work, the applicant must have, or be able to obtain:

- Must have full driver’s licence (manual)
- National police check (must not be more than 12 months old)
- As a residential aged care provider we also have to ensure all staff receive an annual flu vaccination and are fully covid-vaccinated also. This is a requirement of the job.
- You need to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

- self-managing: you have to be able to work alone - be given a list of jobs at the start of the day and work your way through them without a supervisor looking over your shoulder
- patience: this job is ultimately about customer service. Which can be easy, but not always. You must remain polite and understanding at all times. Our office is available to supply assistance in this regard
- stamina: you must also be physically resilient as the job can be quite demanding at times
- flexibility: it is important to understand that some days are shorter, others are longer - we aim for 8-hour days and we average 8-hour days, but each job is indeterminate in length, so we simply cannot guarantee a fixed 'finish' time to each day. You will be expected, within reason, to finish all your jobs on any given day

We start each day at 6.30am in Shenton Park and work Monday to Friday only. Most days you will be finished around 2.30pm and your weekends are your own.

Every day is different. And our customers will genuinely appreciate what you do for them.

We also have scope to take on anyone who can be available to work up to 4 days per week on a casual basis. This may suit some students, for example.

At the current time we require all staff to wear a mask while at the yard every morning (getting ready to go out) and whenever they talk face-to-face with our customers.
