**The Role**:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a suitably qualified, experienced, motivated and reliable **Full Time Security Team Leader**to join our team at **Plumpton Marketplace** in **Plumpton, NSW 2761.**

As the **Security Team Leader**, you will be responsible for overseeing our security team, transforming curious visitors into loyal customers while supervising and leading a team dedicated to providing award-winning retail customer service

As part of the Assetlink team, your main focus will be on developing a high-performing team that provides exceptional security service at our client's retail site and supports all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. You will efficiently manage all day-to-day security operations, including staff training, rostering, auditing, building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security of the site, management of emergency situations, demonstrating pro-active security awareness and other operational requirements.

The roster for this position is:
**Monday to Friday - 0600 to 1500**

**Role Requirements**:
To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:

- Current NSW Full Security Licence
- Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
- Managing a high-performing security team
- Provide effective leadership to security personnel, including mentoring and training
- Leading and inspiring team members to deliver superior guest experiences
- Previous experience in Retail Security (preferred)
- Meet and exceed contract security requirements
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relations with the client
- Understand customer’s security, environmental and safety requirements
- Following Occupational Health Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- The confidence and ability to take ownership of the service delivery of which comes under your control
- The ability to complete reports using various platforms
- Excellent presentation, well-groomed and corporate appropriate
- High level problem solving skills
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Valid work rights in Australia
