Disability Support Worker

**We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.**This role involves providing personalized support to participants in the community—helping them build independence, access social activities, and achieve their personal goals.

Ideal for a strong, built staff which a background in security and willing to work with clients with aggressive behaviours.

What You'll Be Doing:

- **community access**:

- 1:1 support

About You:

- Professional, empathetic, and skilled in behavioural support
- Experienced in disability or community care
- Background in security
- Flexible and available multiple days per week
- Driver’s licence and car insurance (mandatory)

Required:

- First Aid Certification
- Working With Children Check
- NDIS Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Australian work rights

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract

Pay: $32.00 - $41.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute:

- Rooty Hill Area, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
