The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department. This includes management and training of staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.

This role will be hands on and you will be responsible for all front of house operational duties and team members, supervising the completion of daily tasks, team training and mentoring, shift management with attention to venue presentation and delivering exceptional service.

This position has a large focus on customer service and motivating our team to deliver this service will be your number one responsibility. You will need to ensure that all guests have an experience that exceeds their and the hotel’s expectations.

The position is a full-time salaried role that requires flexible availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in an approved course in Liquor Licensing (approved managers card) is an essential requirement of this position
- Current national police clearance is an essential requirement of this position
- AHA COVID-19 Hygiene Officer Course is an essential requirement of this position
- Covid -19 Vaccination is an essential requirement of this position
- Previous use of Oracle & Simphony POS would be advantageous
- Previous use of Tanda Payroll & Roster system would be advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year
