Restaurant Supervisor

Crusoe's On The Lake, located within Lake Macquarie Yacht Club at Belmont is seeking a Full Time Floor Supervisor to join the management team.

We are currently searching for a full time Floor Supervisor to help with the day to day operations of the restaurant and function services.

You will be working closely with the rest of the leadership team to ensure high service standards, and ongoing innovation within the venue.

The role itself is hands-on, whilst managing and assisting FOH operations.

A hard work ethic, passion for hospitality and the right attitude are a focus within this role.

**Skills and experience**:

- Strong leadership qualities and team management skills
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Able to respond calmly and efficiently in high pressured situations
- Strong commitment and drive for professional growth and career development within the industry
- Experience with money handling, daily till reconciliation and the opening and closing of venues
- Previous experience as a supervisor/ manager is preferred but not necessary
- general understanding of food and beverage (cafe) services

Own reliable transport is preferred.

Pay: $56,398.94 - $85,423.70 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
