**Role Description**:
A vacant opportunity for an enthusiastic Credit professional to join a busy and supportive team. My client is well-established, investor backed organisation in a culture defined by empathy, unity, equality and authenticity. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
As a Credit Officer, you will use your great communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills to coordinate and manage invoicing across a large portfolio of clients. You will assist clients with any funding queries or questions they may have and troubleshoot when required.
- Manage reconciliation and allocation of funds from all payment sources.
- Manage debtor follow up, including the provision of statements at month end.
- Manage weekly invoicing of clients as well as client invoicing liaison and relationship management.
- Maintain and update financial and participant records for client.
- Proactively communicating with clients to discuss funding allocation to cover and services booked with the company.
- Work with the NDIS to resolve service booking payment issues and errors, as they arise.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Two years or more in a credit or financial role will be highly regarded
- A real passion for customer service and a willingness to develop an understanding of the issues that impact our customers
- The ability to work effectively both collaboratively and independently and agility to meet demands of an evolving business environment
- Prior experience with SAP will be highly advantageous
