ANC is looking for a reliable Delivery Professional who will be responsible for last mile delivery. In this position you will be delivering for Australia's largest home entertainment and whitegoods retailer. Working Monday to Friday (optional 6th day available).

**Vehicle requirements**:10 pallet Pantech truck with full tail lift.

**Job requirements**:2 person team, whitegoods installation skills, high customer service and communication skills.

**A day of a Delivery Professional, you’ll be **
- Safely loading freight onsite following ANC & client guidelines
- Securing Loads Following ANC and client guidelines
- Delivering & installing customer purchases in the last mile around Melbourne, but most of all delivering smiles all over Australia
- Providing a quality customer experience representing ANC and our clients in a professional manner
- Ensuring your commitment to ANC safety standards
- Owning your results from customer experiences monitored through our feedback platforms

**About you **

You have a friendly and enthusiastic personality along with a reliable work ethic. Someone who is customer focussed and loves going that extra mile for that extra smile. You have basic whitegoods installation skills and can work as a team.

**A must have to begin your journey with ANC..**
- A full Australian driver’s licence (suitable to vehicle size)
- Full time unrestricted Australian work rights
- A Company ABN (Pty Ltd)
- Commercial Vehicle - 10 Pallet Pantech with Tail Lift
- 2 person team - must have an offsider ready
- Minimum 1 years' experience in logistics or courier work in a similar role, with basic whitegoods installation experience is preferred
- Problem solving skills & attention to detail
- Great time management
- Exceptional customer service skills with a can-do attitude
