We are currently seeking a values-driven and proactive Café Team Leader at Eastlakes Corps.

You will successfully
- Oversee practicalities of day-to-day operation which may include set up and pack up on completion.
- Monitor team performance.
- Lead the Café Volunteers to meet daily outcomes.
- Clean and hygienic kitchen and surroundings in keeping with LMCC health regulations.
- Meals delivered within the directed timeframe and appropriate customer service delivery.

You will have
- Minimum of two years experience in food services management.
- Shared desire to achieve the goals of Eastlakes Salvos mission.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team in a food services environment.
- Relevant qualifications as required ie Food Handling Certificate, Barista Qualification.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A willingness to undergo a National Police Check
