An exciting opportunity currently exists for a dynamic and highly experienced **Engagement and Capacity Development Lead** to join the North Eastern Public Health Unit**.**

The North Eastern Public Health Unit (NEPHU) is one of nine public health units in Victoria; three in metropolitan Melbourne and six covering regional Victoria. Together these units form a coordinated network, working in partnership with the Department of Health to deliver a comprehensive public health program for Victoria. The NEPHU is led and coordinated by Austin Health and works in partnership with Northern Health and Eastern Health in a networked operational structure with responsibility spanning approximately 1.85m people living in the northeast of metropolitan Melbourne. - Experience in developing, managing and motivating a high performing team and translating strategic direction into workplans and day-to-day activities.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and proven ability and strong track record in efficiently managing tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- A flexible and agile ‘can-do’ attitude.
