
Supply Chain Planner

We are currently seeking a **Senior **Supply Chain Planner** to join our team in Notting Hill.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Senior Supply Chain Planners core focus is ensuring effective execution and continuous improvement of business-critical IBP and supply planning processes.
This role is responsible for supporting the business with the implementation of key strategic projects by leading and representing OAZ Supply Chain within the wider community of Olympus. As Olympus is looking to harmonize best practice approaches both regionally and globally to drive operation excellence, this is anticipating to becoming an ongoing area of development and opportunity. As for this, working in strong partnership with stakeholders is critical for success.
Through executing an expert level of control across these functions, you will focus on promoting strong business confidence in system information accuracy for product availability. As such the performance of the Supply Chain Planner is critical to providing customers of Olympus with timely and dependable information regarding delivery of orders and completion of service repairs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the Supply Chain function with ongoing facilitation of the monthly IBP process for medical capital equipment and further product groups
- Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to develop further enhancements to the IBP process and execute opportunities for process expansion
- Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings with Business Unit Marketing/Product or Service Managers
- Support Customer Operations, Product/Marketing or Service managers with daily information regarding potential and actual shortages for stocked product lines with reliable ETA details
- Supply & Forecasting Control including ETA reporting, forecasting, coordination with freight forwarders and asset procurement
- Maintain a strong understanding of system transactional processes affecting the accuracy of inventory records; providing day to day governance and support to system users both within and outside the Operations team where required.
- Represent OAZ SCM function across local, regional, and global projects, with emphasis toward planning process change and development.

**What we are looking for**:
- Tertiary Supply Chain/Business Analysis qualification or relevant past business experience
- Advanced level of SAP knowledge is highly regarded
- Good interpersonal communication skills coupled with listening skills and the ability to work within a team environment
- Experience in a similar role with demonstrated ability to analyse and develop Supply-Chain strategies within a complex supply model
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively about business policy and processes to a wide range of stakeholders, and provide development training where required
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving, root cause analysis and participating in the development of changes to procedures and systems.
