We are looking for an extraordinary Diploma educator who is experienced at running a preschool room and a strong preschool program.

**The role of the preschool room leader is primarily to**:

- Collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance.
- Support educators to implement the planning cycle to enhance programs and practices effectively.
- Lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program in the service.
- Ensure Exceeding level quality practice in the preschool room accross the National Quality Standards

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

- 8 hour shift
