**About us**

Whether it’s physical, mental or biological, each site offers a range of float therapy, infrared saunas, and massage services to assist you in your journey through health.

The primary purpose of this role is to assist senior staff during our peak periods so availability after school and weekends is essential.

As a client centric organisation, it is important that the Health Assistant is a brand ambassador for City Cave, such that all services are delivered according to the mission statement.
- Ensure effective and efficient centre operations.
- Replenish hydration stations with filtered water and herbal tea.
- Clean and prepare treatment rooms between clients.
- Fold and replenish linen stock for the following day.
- Wash tea cups and glasses, keep kitchen tidy.
- Assist with general cleaning & tidying duties.
- Merchandise Retail stock.
- Greeting clients with a smile and enthusiasm.

**Experience Required**:
This is a position for a current high school student so experience is not necessary. However demonstrated abilities of the following is a definite advantage:

- Experience in delivering customer service excellence.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, and willingness to take ownership of the role.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $9.00 - $30.00 per hour
