**Quality Control Technician**:

Are you driven by a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction? Join our dynamic Marine team in Osborne, SA, as a Quality Control Technician. Our team is at the forefront of sustaining the Collins Class submarines, bringing together expertise in engineering, design, systems integration, and platform management.

As a Quality Control Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of Quality Control (QC) throughout our operational processes, from goods acceptance to product dispatch. Your duties will encompass collecting and organising quality documentation, approving Material Data Reports (MDRs), and ensuring compliance with customer specifications.

You'll have the opportunity to witness tests and processes, oversee goods acceptance procedures, and manage the Return To Vendor (RTV) process for seamless operations. Your attention to detail will be critical in identifying and resolving non-conformance issues, managing reject notes, and upholding our quality system documentation.

Driving continuous improvement and supporting internal audits will be central to your role, as you strive for zero customer complaints or RTVs. Your proactive approach to quality control will directly contribute to our ability to exceed customer expectations and maintain our reputation for excellence.

**To be successful, you will bring**:

- Australian Citizenship with a Defence security clearance (or the ability to obtain).
- Quality Systems knowledge and experience within a quality environment.
- General knowledge of relevant Australian and International Standards.
- Metrology experience - Use of measuring equipment and understanding of geometric tolerance.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications. Computer literate and skilled in the use of MS Office software (Word, Excel, etc).**What we offer you**
