**About this role**:
The Field Operations role is responsible for providing professional, efficient and timely administration support to the company’s internal and external team as required. To ensure that these functions are managed effectively, efficiently and accurately and in line with organisational requirements.

**Key objectives include**:

- Providing field operations administrative support
- Create and monitor surgeon agreements.
- Create campaigns for Workshops and Tradeshows
- Management calendar for approved events
- Support business travel procedures, solutions and activities
- Provide operational support to Customer Relations Department as and when required.
- Compile and print certificates, flyers, event agenda’s
- Working within and actively promoting Applied’ s corporate strategies, policies, procedures and code of conduct

**About you**:

- Experience in Administration/office management and coordination in a field operations environment (preferred but not essential).
- High level of computer literacy and Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office and data management software and office equipment, along with demonstrated ability to learn other programs quickly.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism.
- Highly effective and accurate written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision and display superior time management skills, initiative and self
- motivation and ability to prioritise competing tasks.

**Remuneration**:
Competitive salary package comprised of base salary, superannuation and participation in a company bonus scheme based on achievement in your role.
