________________________________________: **About Applied Medical** - Applied Medical is a new generation medical device company with a proven business model and commitment to innovation that has fuelled our rapid growth and expansion worldwide._ - What connects us all is our mission to improve the affordability and accessibility of high-quality healthcare by delivering innovative technologies that enhance clinical care._ - Be part of our growing Australian & New Zealand arm of our global organisation that makes decisions locally for what is right for patients, customers, our community and the environment._ - Join the Applied Medical family today_ **About this role**: As a Supply Chain Officer based in the Australian headquarters in Stafford, you are responsible for supporting the warehouse and distribution operations, operational maintenance programs including equipment, racking, and consumables, ensuring procedural and policy records are kept up to date for supply chain activities, team member and work health and safety (WHS), including chain of responsibility (CoR), and completing daily workflow as directed. **Your Responsibilities**: - Process, maintain, and store safety records and policies including CoR Policy, Procedure, and CoR Compliance Register with Carriers and warehouse QC records. - Keep an up-to-date record of Risk management register, Hazard checklist, safety Incident Register, Transport operator, Site inductions and other relevant records, policies and procedural documentation - Lease with relevant parties to maintain and adhere to Waste Management standards. - Contracts and document support for all supply chain activities. - Warehouse support for picking up, packing, inventory management, and kitting. - Project Management support for implementation, change or improvement to supply chain operation. - Equipment, racking and consumable maintenance, servicing, and repairs. - Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP procedures and processes associated with the role. **Why Applied Medical**?** - Work for a market leader who is proud to have a significant and sustainable impact on healthcare. - An international work environment with an industry-leading culture of learning and development. - Your wellness is important to us; our Employee Assistance Program is available to all team members. **Our commitment to you**: - On - site training and skills development. - Support, consultative management team. - Participation in the company bonus scheme, based on achievement in your role. - Permanent secure role. **About you**: - A "Can Do" attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills - Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations - Previous experience using SAP would be an advantage - Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation - Quick learner - Team Player **Remuneration**: Competitive salary package comprised of base salary, superannuation and participation in a company bonus scheme based on achievement in your role.
