We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified **Security Officer** to join our team. This role will be key in ensuring the safety and security of our clients, staff, and visitors, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional front-line customer service, addressing client needs and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Monitor and assess risks, providing proactive solutions to resolve issues as they arise.
- Accurately report and document incidents, activities, and observations during your shift.
- Respond promptly and effectively to medical and security-related incidents.
- Handle emergency situations in line with established procedures and site-specific systems.
- Foster strong working relationships with emergency services and key stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

- **Current First Aid and CPR Certificates**.
- **Current Security License** and **Crowd Control License** in the relevant state.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Prior experience working in a highly regulated environment, ideally in a security role.
- Flexible to work on a rotating 24/7 roster.
- High standards of personal integrity, presentation, and grooming.
- Organised and deadline-driven, with a proactive approach to tasks.
