**Strata Managers** play a pivotal role within the business, managing people and resources across a portfolio of strata buildings, both residential and commercial, with the primary purpose of ensuring owners' corporations are complying with relevant legislation.

**Strata Managers** at the very least must be registered with Fair Trading and have 2 years’ experience as a minimum.

This is a predominantly office-based position, however you will be required to attend frequent off-site meetings throughout Illawarra, so your own car and current drivers licence is required. For the most part you will work standard business hours Monday to Friday, however you will need to attend some night meetings as negotiated with Owners Corporations in your portfolio.

- Wollongong, NSW 2500: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
