- **Health & Safety**: An uncompromising approach to maintaining high safety standards.
- **Qualifications**: Relevant trade qualifications (experience in the bus industry is a plus).
- **Licenses**: Heavy Vehicle Licence preferred or willingness to obtain one.
- **Skills**: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
