**Alma Nove is the newest fine dining spot on Manly beach and we are looking for its launch team to join us for a very busy summer and beyond**

**Here’s what we’re searching for as an individual**:

- Previous experience as a sommelier; preferably a fine dining/wine venue;
- Completed Sommelier Australia accredited education program, such as the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and/or the Court of Master Sommeliers education program
- An understanding of profit measures, the ability to manage costs and productivity, and the drive to exceed sales goals;
- A willingness to go above and beyond with an eagerness to grow personally and professionally;
- Have a big picture approach while ensuring the daily deliverables are being met;
- Availability for Monday-Sunday Shifts (hours are rotated depending on availability, between open, mid and closing shifts);
- Friendly, approachable, and believes the customer always comes first;
- Strive to execute efficient and flawless service every shift; and
- You’re someone who takes pride in yourself and your personal brand.
