ABOUT THE BUSINESS

We believe in the power of motivating students which has yielded exceptional results across all our students Join our HQ in coaching and mentoring our existing franchise partners across NSW

ROLE
- Lead regular online and face-to-face meetings with franchise partners and provide business coaching
- Provide feedback to HQ on ways to improve business operations and systems
- Liaise with other teams within the HQ to support franchise partners and grow their business
- Regularly review KPIs and set goals for franchise partners to reach
- Follow franchise brand and operational guidelines to ensure that the franchise is consistent

WHO IS THIS FOR?
- Someone who lives in Sydney with experience in franchise and business coaching.
- Someone who has a car and license to travel to multiple sites across Sydney.
- Open to final year University Students who have a passion for Business Consulting
