Providing training, support and fantastic systems for our team contributes to the 'Whatever it Takes' attitude of our business and the high levels of service each and every one of our clients receives.

You will be on call over a 24-hour period to cover shifts at short notice and you will be paid an award on-call allowance (whether you are called in for work or not).

You will have a minimum Cert 4 qualification in a relevant field, at least 12 months of experience working with individuals with disabilities, and be willing to travel up to 2 hours paid at your hourly rate from the time you leave your house to the time you return.

Every day will be different you might be working in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne, Bass Coast, or East Gippsland.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively
- Experience in personal care
- Experience with Manual Handling - Hoist
- Experience working with Mental Health Conditions

Specialist Experience:

- Complex Bowel
- PEG Feeding
- Catheter
- Dysphagia
- Epilepsy

Qualifications:

- Minimum Cert 4 qualification in relevant field
- Minimum 12 months of experience working in the disability services sector
- A current driver's license is required with a reliable registered vehicle that is able to be used to transport clients
- Current First Aid and CPR

**Salary**: $28.95 - $40.46 per hour
