Join Oaks Melbourne on Market Hotel as a part-time or casual Kitchen Hand.

Work with a multicultural team in a compact high-volume kitchen for the Oak and Vine restaurant, bar and room service. No late hours, we close at 10/11pm

Rate: $26.72 - $33.58 per hour + Super + Company Benefits

Duties include:

- Food preparation
- Cooking, toasting and heating simple food items
- Cleaning kitchen (benches, dishes utensils etc)
- Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking
- Packing food and beverage trays for serving

**Qualifications**:
Must have:

- Positive attitude
- Flexible with working hours (Morning & Evening shifts on a Monday
- Sunday roster)
- Good hygiene practice
- Basic cooking knowledge

Study for free and receive $1000*

Minor Hotels will support you obtain a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Hospitality whilst you work full-time or part-time with us.
- Receive a nationally recognised certificate
- Attend training during work hours
- Network with team members across hotels
- On completion, you will receive $1000 AUD
- Must be an Australian resident or citizen
