**Essential Functions**:_ _**
**_Office Administration:_***:
- Greeting visitors and team members and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain break rooms and conference rooms ensuring proper stocking, setup, and cleanliness.
- Point person for office supply/inventory needs, deliveries, mailing, shipping (tracking/expenses), and maintenance requests.
- Manage catering and other needs for onsite team events and client meetings.
- Other job duties may be assigned when needed, based on the client’s or API’s needs.
**_ HR Support Functions_**:
- Maintain and update HR-related files and data.
- Provide HR support with generalist functions as assigned (data entry, employment verifications, benefits, leave management, onboarding processes, engagement activities).
- Coordinate with IT to track and maintain employee equipment as related to onboarding and off boarding.
- Providing additional team support for general HR/payroll enquiries.
- Providing support for special projects and team events, as assigned.

**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**
**Full time, 38 ordinary hours per week, averaged over 26 weeks, to be worked generally between the core business hours of 8:30am and 5pm, Monday - Friday. This is a hybrid role, working from Sydney office a min. 3 days per week on compulsory corporate and team days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).**

**Required Skills, Education and Experience**
**Associates degree with specialized course work in general office practices such as data entry, filing, human resources, and accounting.**
**Strong computer and technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams**
