Wright Choice Homes is excited to offer a rare opportunity for an experienced draftsperson to join our team as an in-house professional. We are seeking a driven individual with strong drafting skills, ready to contribute to a variety of tasks and bring fresh design ideas to the table.

We are Wright Choice Homes - a family-owned and operated business that specialises in building and relocating new transportable homes. With over 100 years of combined industry experience, we strive to be a leading Modular Home manufacturer in Australia, delivering high-quality homes to our clients. Our homes are designed and built in our factory, then delivered to site as a single unit, ready for utilities connection. We have experienced steady growth and are looking to expand our team to support our rapidly growing business.

**Your Role Will Include, But Not Be Limited To**:

- Creating 2D and 3D drawings on a variety of projects with a focus on precision and detail. While Revit is our preferred software, other tools may also be used.
- Working closely with our Sales team to fully understand and meet client needs and specifications while ensuring the timely delivery of drawings.
- Ensuring all drawings are compliant with Australian building codes and industry standards.
- Keeping up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Maintaining and updating project documentation and effectively communicating with all team members to ensure smooth project execution.

**To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need**:

- A minimum of 2 years of relevant Australian drafting experience.
- Experience working within fast-paced construction environments, managing multiple projects at once.
- Expertise in creating complete plan sets from scratch, as well as adapting standard plans.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A solid understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and design guidelines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude, with a readiness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.
