We are seeking **MALE **Part Time **Disability Support Workers** to work in our new SDA apartments in **Wynnum.**

Our client is in his early 60s, with early onset dementia, he is requiring supports in his new home to assist with activities of daily living. This support will be personal care, cooking and cleaning. He has a PBSP with RP's in place.

We have two set **Part Time** positions available working across the following shifts.

**Part time position 1**
51 hours per fortnight

**Week 1**
- Wednesday 2300 PM to 9:00 AM - active
- Thursday 2300 PM to 9:00 AM - active

**Week 2**
- Monday 2300 PM to 9:00 AM - active
- Wednesday 2300 PM to 9:00 AM - active
- Saturday 1730 PM to 2300 PM
- Sunday 1730 PM to 2300 PM
- ________________

**Part time position 2**
53 hours per fortnight

**Week 1**
- Monday 1730 PM to 2300 PM
- Tuesday 2300 PM to 9:00 AM - active
- Friday 1730 PM to 2300 PM
- Saturday 1730 PM to 2300 PM
- Sunday 1730 PM to 2300 PM

**Week 2**
- Monday 1730 PM to 2300 PM
- Wednesday 1730 PM to 2300 PM
- Thursday 2300 PM to 9:00 AM - active
- **The successful applicants will need to be able to commit to the entire fortnightly roster for the role they have applied, unfortunately these rosters cannot be changed.**_

**Requirements**:
To thrive at Nextt, you'll need:

- Previous experience working with clients with Mental Health or Intellectual disability
- NDIS workers screening check / QLD yellow card - P (Current)
- QLD blue card - P (WWC) (Current))
- First aid and CPR certification
- Drivers Licence and Comprehensive Insurance on your vehicle
- NDIS Orientation Module (Quality, Safety and You)
- Adherence to all mandatory directives per your state or territory.
