**About the Role**

Be responsible for engaging and promoting our services to clients through phone interactions and collaborate with the sales team.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Actively reaching out to potential customers to promote and sell our services
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
- Identifying customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities

**Key performance indicators**
- Leads contacted
- Number of new leads
- Conversion rate

**Minimum Qualifications, Competencies and Experience**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Experience in a similar role.
- Highly motivated and resilient
- Effectively handle customer inquiries and objections
- Microsoft Office package

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
