This position supports the Emergency Operations Centre and Management by providing administrative, staff planning and data analysis that facilitate effective and efficient office operations in compliance with organisational procedures and standards.

The Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) is identified as a critical component of SA Ambulance Service as it provides 24/7 call receipt, dispatch and coordination of emergency pre-hospital treatment and/or ambulance transfer services to the South Australian Community.
