- About the role:

- The Career Coach will provide professional case management and assessment services to support EPlus ParentsNext participants in gaining and maintaining employment. The career coach will provide both individual coaching and support to participants.
- This position will be a part time position based at our Gawler office. However you will require to have a car and licence to support our other sites in Adelaide north if required.
- A professional case management role which will Implement and oversee a participant-centric case management model, focusing on moving participants into a job ready state and provide commercial outcomes by:

- Clearly identifying and addressing barriers which prevent participants from re-engaging with education or being job ready
- Identifying strengths, aptitude and interest in key industries and roles in demand within the local labour market
- Managing a caseload of approximately 135 participants
- Develop and maintain close relationships with schools and community organisations to build your caseload
- Supporting participants in identifying and achieving long term and short term education and employment goals
- Identifying education and employment opportunities through sales and reverse marketing
- About you:

- Experience in employment services and/or Case Management
- Demonstrated awareness of current education, employment and social challenges faced by parents people
- Strong demonstrated experience facilitating group learning and information sessions focused on gaining employment
- Advanced experience in barrier management highly beneficial
- Advanced communication skills
- Demonstrated success in a high performance culture within a KPI driven environment
- Able to travel between site locations (Adelaide North Region)
