**We are currently seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join the team as Waiter/Waitress at a prestigious 1-Hat restaurant in the Mornington Peninsula.**

The restaurant is renowned for its commitment to culinary excellence, personalised service, and a warm, inviting ambience that captures the essence of the Mornington Peninsula's natural charm.

As a waiter/waitress, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and unforgettable dining experience for the guests. Your friendly demeanour, impeccable attention to detail, and intuitive understanding of their needs will ensure that every visit to the restaurant is a delightful journey. From guiding guests through the thoughtfully curated menu to offering wine pairings that elevate their meal, you will be an integral part of creating lasting memories.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide warm and attentive service to guests, creating a personalised and enjoyable dining experience
- Guide guests through the menu and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Offer expert wine pairings that complement their meal and reflect Mornington Peninsula's diverse varietals
- Ensure seamless coordination with the kitchen and other team members for a smooth dining service
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organised dining area to uphold our restaurant's high standards

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred**:
