**About the Role**

Join CFAs Core Learning Team to drive operational learning and strengthen volunteer capabilities across the Region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement district training plans in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with objectives and needs.
- Coordinate training delivery, resources and assessment schedules across districts.
- Validate training goals with committees and support brigade capability through annual reviews.
- Prepare reports, analyse training performance and ensure evaluations are monitored.
- Manage instructor utilisation, training records and compliance with standards.
- Supervise administration staff and oversee learning management systems.
- Maintain and update training resources and ensure materials meet AQTF and RTO requirements.
- Provide data, insights and support to enhance learning outcomes and compliance.

**About You**:
You will have experience in learning and development, strong stakeholder engagement skills and a passion for supporting volunteer capability.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent and an understanding of the arrangements, standards and environment of a RTO.
- Well-developed written communication skills to develop reports & correspondence and to convey training information and objectives to internal & external customers.
- A contemporary understanding of competency-based learning & development business practices
- Proven ability to manage numerous, varied and concurrent projects within budget, quality and time parameters.
- Well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of a (virtual) team
