- about 4 hours agoOur NSW State Government client is looking for a Digital Operations Lead to coordinate and lead the Incident management and production support activities relating to their Digital Assets.

- Proven track record of influencing and managing a large-scale software operations functions - minimum 10 years’ experience managing a production support team
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in vendor managed services
- Experience in production support of large-scale Digital platforms.
- Strong experience in workforce planning and commercial management.
- Engaging and Working with senior IT management to create and implement operational change by initiating and improving quality of services, processes and tools in a technology organisation.
- Experience in dealing with managing IT industry vendors, particularly positive influencing for mutually beneficial relationship outcomes

Desired requirements:

- Experience in managing budgets and forecasting
- Experience in Digital platforms and integrations
