**What you will need to do in this role**:

- Quickly build relationships and trust with customers
- Problem solve and trouble shoot on orders, and anticipate what customers want before they know it themselves
- Using the systems provided, maintain, and manage task lists, records, and call notes
- Contribute to the smooth running of this company and support team mates as needed
- You will go over and above what is expected of you, and will amaze and impress customers and team mates alike

**About You**:

- We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, who is comfortable on the phone and excellent at building rapport
- You will have a few years of experience in a similar role
- Experienced at making both outbound calls to offer your assistance, as well as taking inbound requests for help
- You are organised and you can quickly learn (and adhere to) new systems and processes
- Time management comes naturally to you, and you make the most out of the time you have available in your day
- You will have experience in being a self-starter and be highly motivated
