KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Liaise with customers to sell products via the Website
- Take photos, edit and upload images to social media and company website, and assist with social media written and visual content
- Organise courier and airfreight bookings with customers and freight companies
- Prepare invoices for orders and follow-up payments
- Independently organise sales and orders including picking, packing, and booking courier, and furthermore following up to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage stock inventory including data entry and stocktake
- Follow up Quotes by Phone

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Computer literate with experience in multiple computer programs including Lightroom, Adobe Photo Editing Software, Microsoft word and excel
- Developed photography skills and understanding of camera settings.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Excellent writing and language skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal, public relations and customer service skills.
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills.
- Sound analytical approach to problem solving.
- Be passionate to excel within a sales team.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,458.00 per year
