**Your role**
- Are you a team player? Do you have an eye for detail? Are you interested in a full-time role in a high performing in-house legal team focused on corporate and financial services law? We’re looking for someone like this to:
- provide paralegal support including entity governance;
- review legal documents and agreements and assist the team prepare draft advice to the business on legal and regulatory matters relevant to its financial services business and operations;
- undertake legal/other research and analysis;
- assist with the preparation and lodgment of ASIC/other regulatory filings; and
- provide the UBS Investment Bank Legal team support as required.

**Your team**
- You’ll be working as part of UBS Investment Bank Legal Team based in Sydney, Australia, to provide high quality legal support that meets the strategic objectives of Group Legal and the Investment Banking business. You will assist lawyers in the Investment Bank Legal Team, work with the Head of Legal and interact with the business and support functions in relation to a wide variety of legal, regulatory and governance issues

**Your expertise**
- You have (ideally all or at least 2 of the following):
- legal-related tertiary education or are currently undertaking university study (and able to work full-time based in Sydney)
- some experience in preparing and maintaining legal documents and records, potentially including company records/files and taking of minutes/arranging meetings and materials
- great communication, time management and organisational skills
- some work experience in a multinational company, law firm or professional services firm
- The role requires a person of integrity, who has the ability to interact and communicate effectively and appropriately across the organisation and work professionally and collaboratively as part of a team within a global organisation.

You are:
- professional, proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented, and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- a good communicator, in writing and in person, with excellent research and analytical skills
- able to build relationships and collaborate appropriately with all levels of the firm
- a team player and self-starter who is intellectually curious, with a desire to learn and be involved in a wide variety of legal and regulatory topics within the financial services industry *#LI-Hybrid
