**Gaming Supervisor**

**Gisborne**

We are looking for a Gaming Supervisors for a local pub/club in Gisborne. Seeking individuals who have a passion for community, experience in leading a team and gaming experience.

This venue prides itself on providing a quality entertainment experience for members, guests and visitors in the most productive manner while maintaining the highest possible venue and service standards. Consiting of bistro, bar, gaming/TAB, functions, community events plus connections with other local venues, this is a culture you would want to be a part of

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Assist the Venue Manager with the day to day running of the venue
- Stock Inventory management
- Gaming terminal maintenance
- Rostering and reporting
- Contributing strategy ideas for business growth
- Leading a team of 8+ employees
- Training and developing a team
- Counting and balancing of floats, opening and closing procedures
- Compliance of policies and procedures
- Contributing to a great work culture and community

**Requirements**:

- Lead by example with exceptional customer service skills
- Professional
- Passionate about community and work place culture
- Previous experience in gaming and leadership
- Strong Leadership skills
- Hands on approach
- Have Approved Manager qualifications
- Ability to work autonomously
- Seeking a long term commitment
- **Gaming licenses including RSG and RSG are a must**
