**Job Description**:
This is a great entry level role in our Partnerships & Experience team - which is in our marketing services division Powered. The role will work on our content partnerships across morning television - TODAY Show, Weekend TODAY and TODAY Extra.
The Powered team has experts in content partnerships, client experience, creative, production and marketing. We support the broadcast, digital, print and radio agency and direct sales teams nationally - and work closely with our network programming and production teams, external production partners and digital publishing teams. Powered drives the development, negotiation and delivery of market leading partnership solutions for our clients.
The Content Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Content Partnerships Managers and the broader Content Partnerships team in the packaging, presenting and implementation of content driven brand solutions.
**Day to day responsibilities**:
- Support the Content Partnerships Manager on the development of content led solutions for clients.
- Take ownership of the implementation of content partnership solutions, managing projects through multiple divisions.
- Develop and maintain the most effective and efficient content partnerships processes.
- Produce compelling go to market collateral under direction from the management team.
- Produce clear and concise examples of content integration solutions for presentations in either written or slide formats.
- Produce accurate media and production costings using Excel.
- Negotiate client opportunities with producers and editorial teams.
- Manage billing duties for all production costs.
- Operate effectively in a solutions-based culture and demonstrate proactivity and collaboration at all times.
**Qualifications**:
In order to be successful for this role, you will ideally have:
- Project management / implementation experience within the media, advertising or marketing industry.
- Exposure to brand and content integration across across television, digital and social platforms.
- Excellent planning skills and are a master of time management and juggling multiple deadlines.
- A high level of attention to detail.
