Exciting, full-filled, young vibrant office space where you will be part of a tight knit team. Exclusive high end quality products. Managing customer orders, returns, repairs and enquiries you days will be varied and rewarding and you will LOVE the products.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Attend to member enquiries
- Customer service
- Processing orders and purchase orders
- Update pricing
- Monitor stock levels
- Assist with sales reporting
- Returns & repairs

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 2 years office administration experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer relationship building experience
- Intermediate MS Office
- Customer service experience

**HOURS**: Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

**SALARY**: $60K + Super

**WORK TYPE**: Permanent Full Time
