CRU is a Bible-based organisation and our mission is to share Jesus with the next generation through CRU Groups (school lunchtime groups), and our school camp and holiday camp ministries.

Based at Eastwood head office, the **Schools Ministry Worker** will be joining the Schools Ministry team where they will be supported and connected with the wider CRU community in a dynamic and caring environment.

You will be given a portfolio of schools (both co-ed and single-sex girls schools) and enjoy the variety of school visitations to share the gospel and build relationships with students, teachers, and chaplains.

**The successful applicant will**:

- Have a strong and growing personal faith, evidenced by godly character and church involvement.
- Have completed theological training and have experience in giving quality Bible talks to young people.
- Have strong pastoral skills.
- Be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Enjoy balancing the variety of office days vs visiting and connecting in school environments.
- Have a desire to grow through regular team Bible studies and prayer meetings.
- Have a current driver’s license.
