CRU’s paid, 2-year Schools Ministry Training Program allows you to gain practical ministry experience, study theology and train in Biblical preaching, all whilst being mentored by an experienced youth worker.

**Schools Ministry Associate** is a valued member of CRU’s passionate Schools Ministry team. You will actively build relationships with high school students through school visits, school events and camps and will support these students through their high school years, encouraging them to follow Jesus and grow in Him.

**Position**:Schools Ministry Associate - 2-year paid traineeship

**What does a Schools Ministry Associate do?**
- Share the gospel with thousands of teenagers.
- Help disciple young people in schools by visiting students on a regular basis, and being involved with both Educational Camps and Holiday Camps.
- Get trained for a lifetime of faithful Bible teaching through Cornhill Sydney, Moore Theological College, and CRU.
- Work alongside other passionate Christians in a dynamic and caring team.
- Be someone who is a committed Christian with regular church attendance and a committed prayer life.
- Love spending time getting alongside young people.
- Be keen to grow in skills for ministry.
- Have a strong desire to serve in full-time ministry long term.
- You will have a passion and desire to build relationships and to share the gospel with youth so that lives may be transformed.
