The Star Gold Coast is currently looking for a Laundry Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be required to assist the Laundry Management team in managing shift operations while demonstrating strong leadership, as well as providing, motivation and direction for the team. You will play an essential role in leading the team to operate various machinery to process the cleaning of laundry, including sheets, towels, uniforms, and guest dry cleaning.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Previous demonstrated management experience within a commercial laundry workplace
- Proven ability to lead a team within a fast-paced working environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Open availability to work over a 24/7 roster
