About the Role

As a Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved). This is the perfect role for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting qualified educators in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments- Assisting with daily routines, supervision, and care of children- Building positive and respectful relationships with children and families- Learning how to plan and implement educational programs under the EYLF- Ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children in your care

What You’ll Need- A genuine passion for working with children and developing a career in ECEC- Commitment to undertaking a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care through a recognised training provider- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from senior educators- Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)- Current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
