**About the Opportunity**
Due to consistent growth across our business, we are now seeking a Workshop Coordinator to join our team in Wallsend NSW 2287.

This role will see you working across a broad range of industrial sectors, providing breakdown and diagnostics support on hydraulic systems and equipment used in fixed plant and mobile equipment.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

- Initiating, monitoring and controlling job package requirements, ensuring deliverable are met
- Developing proposals and quotations
- Developing relationships with both suppliers and customers, ensuring customer requirements are met or exceeded.

**About You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess;
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications (ie Mechanical Engineering)
- Hands on experience in the overhaul and testing of hydraulic cylinders, pumps, motors & valves
- Good people skills, clear communication and a desire to move into a leadership role
- A strong sense of pride in your workmanship and a desire to achieve a high level of professional customer service
- The ability to prepare clear and concise service reports
- Valid drivers' licence and the flexibility to work overtime as required.
- Graduate Mechanical Engineers or Mechanical Engineers who seek to work in Operations are encouraged to apply.
