**The core responsibilities of this role will be**:

- Writing, editing and sense-checking copy, sourcing and editing images for Jetstar products and services.
- Ensuring content meets Jetstar's editorial, design, brand and project guidelines and is aligned to broader strategy.
- Working with the content team to define and deliver copy for all digital channels.
- Collaborating with stakeholders in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, China and Japan to deliver content tailored to domestic and international customers.
- Improving customer satisfaction and conversion by improving customer experience.
- Identifying and driving tactical content improvement activities such as audit and analysis of existing content.
- Managing stakeholder expectations across diverse business areas.

**To be considered, key skills will include**:

- 5+ years delivering content for a customer focused website is essential, including a strong, demonstrated understanding of web usability principles.
- Professional digital copywriting experience is essential, ideally including UX and functional copy.
- Professional editing experience is essential, ideally including content design experience.
- Ability to lead content work and contribute effectively to cross-functional teams working on complex projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability in stakeholder management.
- Experience working with issue and project tracking systems such as Jira.
- Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems.
- Experience using analytics and SEO tools.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.

**Highly regarded**:

- Tertiary qualifications in writing and editing.
- Proficiency in Asian languages relevant to Jetstar destinations.
- International work experience.
