We are on the search for a Fitness Center Manager, at Atora Training Springwood, based in Queensland We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager to help further the growth in our business. Salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 plus super. Must have at least 2 years experience.

As our business grows, we are on the search for an energetic, passionate and professional Center Manager to join our team.

Day-to-day, this role predominately involves the delivery of the Atora programming, business development and optimization, staff management, client retention and recruitment, and studio administration. With 3 class types on offer, you must be able to clearly and confidently manage large, dynamic groups, while also providing individual attention to members across each session. Your knowledge of exercises, training formats, progressions and regressions must be second-to-none. You must have a passion for leading a team, and possess strong organizational skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Drive member engagement and foster positive relationships with all members Lead and assist exercise demonstration and delivery of daily programs Maintain a high standard of studio presentation, including daily equipment set up and pack down, regular cleaning and notification of maintenance items Contribute to ongoing studio and member growth and development Manage and submit sales reports.

Qualifications & Skills:
Certificate IV in Fitness Current CPR and First Aid Certificate Strength and Conditioning Certificate (Desirable) Exercise and Sports Science Degree / Exercise Physiology Degree (Desirable) Group Training and / or Personal Training Experience Customer Service and Member Engagements Skills Availability to work early mornings and evenings, Monday - Saturday

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Rotating roster

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Springwood, QLD 4127: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
