About the Role

**Undertake day to day office procedures including**:
Communication
- Lead an environment of quality delivery systems and business improvement.
- Support students showing concern for their welfare and development.
- Support parents and community demonstrating empathy, support and respect.
- Publish school communication.
- Photograph special events.

Finance
- Assist the Principal with budget tracking and financial processes.
- Administer day to day financial matters.

Human Resources
- Assist with the day to day supervision and management of school support staff.
- Complete contracts and timesheets for all school staff.

Facilities
- Assist in planning and review of minor works projects.
- Liaise with external facilities management and complete Work Area Access Permits.
- Provide advice and offer solutions on recurring problems of an administrative nature.
