Our client is a Commercial Real Estate Agency based in the CBD and is on the hunt for a Head of Asset to lead a team of ten Asset Managers

**About the Role**:
The position is hands-on and all-in. As Head of Asset, you will be responsible for optimising the performance of the Asset Managers and support staff while strategically managing property portfolios to meet company and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operations: Your keen attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure all property-related activities meet key deadlines. You will maintain lease compliance, resolve disputes promptly, and achieve a high level of tenant satisfaction through exceptional property management and maintenance services.
- People Management: Your strong leadership abilities will be crucial in developing and maintaining a high-performing department. Your focus on staff retention will ensure continuity and expertise within the team. You will implement efficient protocols to enhance task completion efficiency and accuracy while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
- Financial Management / Reports: You will manage daily banking tasks for all trusts and streamline billing and collection processes to optimize cash flow.
- Process Improvement: Your innovative approach will drive automation and increase productivity through the strategic utilization of digital tools and platforms.

**About You**:
To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in asset management and possess exceptional people management skills. Your passion for driving success and continuous improvement will set you apart.
- 5 + years experience in Property or Asset Management
- You have leadership qualities with supervisory or management experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Problem solver with negotiation and client management skills
