Our team is growing, and we're looking for a Yard Hand who wants to be part of something that matters.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a dedicated **Yard Hand** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleanliness and manual handling of the general yard. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Maintaining the cleanliness of the entire yard and wash bay**:

- **Sorting, repairing, washing, and assembling bins, including attaching lids and wheels**:

- **Conducting bin stock takes and organizing bin scrap (plastics and metal)**:

- **Ensuring accurate weights of outgoing scrap materials**:

- **Managing spare parts for bins**:

- **Operating a forklift as required**:

- **Performing additional yard duties as needed, such as mowing lawns**

**What You'll Bring**
- **Experience in a similar role is an advantage**:

- **Valid driver's license**:

- **Front End Loader license is an advantage**
