**About the company**:
Our client is a large federal government agency focused on providing high quality mental health assessment and clinical counselling services. They take pride on meeting client needs through a combination of proven clinical practices and new and emerging evidence-based approaches. This is a great opportunity to join a busy team to assist with their quality and safety approach within the mental health sector.

**About the role**:

- Providing leadership and support to the quality and safety team in particular around continuous improvement, program and process development and accreditation processes.
- Manage the quality and safety priorities to support high levels of mental health service.
- Manage accreditation and quality improvement processes.
- Stakeholder engagement - both internal and external.
- Manage strategic planning for longer term initiatives.
- Manage documentation and document registers.
- Develop and prepare briefings, papers, submissions and general correspondence for use both internally and externally.
- People leadership to include supervision, mentoring, coaching and performance management.

**About you**:

- You will have previous leadership and management experience.
- You will ideally have experience working in a program or project management environment previously.
- You will have a background in either healthcare, mental health, allied health or psych services.
- You will have strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
- You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and able to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- You will have excellent time management and organisation skills

**Benefits**:
