**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist patients with a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient enquiries effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with data entry.
- Perform daily office tasks including scanning, organising documents, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
- Support clinical staff with administrative duties and patient flow management.
- Assist in packing and preparing online orders for dispatch.

**Requirements**:

- Experience or study in beauty, nursing, or healthcare is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in booking and scheduling management systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
